Any smart phone can connect to a router via wifi and allows you to use your internet without using up your wireless data.
A mobile hotspot turns your phone into a wireless access point for computers to use the internet on your phone at the cost of your wireless data. Edit: No. Your hotspot already turns your phone into a wireless access point. There isnt a way to connect a mobile hot spot to a router to allow it as a range extender. Your router pulls from your broadband or DSL. Your hotspot pulls from your wireless data. |
