Find something in common with her from her tweets, realise if she is a fan of a certain music person and discuss about it through DM, don't be afraid or think about "leagues". If she's comfortable with you then she'll give you her skype without hesitating so don't worry.

BTW, American girls love British accents on guys, so you might be in luck Wink
