Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Select "Start Task Manager". Write down all the process names. Close the app.

Open your browser and go to google.com. Search for all the process names you wrote down to see what they do. Write a list of everything that doesn't check out as legitimate.

Click the Start button in the lower left corner of your screen and search for all the process names in your list, followed by *. Delete everything you find that way.

Go to http://www.iobit.com/advancedsystemcareper.html

BTW if you had a firewall this never would have happened. AVG is free. Get it: http://www.avg.com/us-en/homepage
