TP-LINK ROUTER WR740N Problem PLEASE HELP!?

It could be someone else close-by that has the same wireless channel number as you have, and this can cause interference.

Access your router setters by going into Internet Explorer, typing in 192.168.1.1, entering admin as username and admin as the password (if you haven't changed it).

On the left hand side click "Wireless" Now you should see channel. Just change this to either 1, 6 or 11. Once you've done that; click System Tools and then click Reboot in the submenu.

It's also worth noting that most routers cannot handle more than around 4 wireless devices connected up simultaneously without causing problems.
