when i click on my friend's profile, i get the above message. what does it mean

if i view the profile from my other accounts, his name doesn't show up

his name shows up but i get the message, "Sorry, this page isn't available
The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed"

what happened to my friends's account

his name shows up in my friend list but not in my family group. if i type his name in the search, his name shows up

what happened to the account

he didnt delete it ot block me.. nor did he delete it
