What position should I play in football?

LMAO @ the guy who gave you a position by position breakdown. He hasn't seen you or your team so he has no idea where (or if) you can play. You could be the world's second best guy at your positions but you won't play them if the world's best is on your team. You will probably start out at the positions you played last season but might get moved. If you didn't play last season you will start out somewhere behind a guy who played last year.

Good news: You don't have to pick a position. Your coach will assign positions for you on offense and defense. Anybody who ever really played knows that.

The number two football expert on God's green earth will come along in a couple days and tell you that your height and weight will make you an ideal high school <insert position here> if you know that actions speak louder than words, perform well in practice, eat healthy, run a lot, brush your teeth, always wear clean underwear, and one or two more stale cliches. He/she/it may also even tell you to stick to defense or offense (as if you get to choose). If you choose to take his/her/its advice be sure to tell your coach what the "top football expert" told you. Your still have years to work your way back up the depth charts.
