Wild untestable speculation is meaningless. Why think aliens? Why not God or the devil or fairies or dragons ate the plane?

Isn't it amazing how all the people who thought aliens abducted Amelia Earhart failed to find the plane but The International Group for Historic Aircraft Recovery using systematic search techniques found the wreckage of her plane?

People who assume aliens took them can't be bothered to get off their backsides and go look for them. People who assume a more down to earth explanation and go look for them are more likely to find them.

If you follow the news you'll know the plane showed up on satellite images hours after it disappeared meaning someone deliberately turned off the radio transponder and rerouted the plane. It is currently believed flight MH370 could be anywhere from Kazakhstan to the Indian Ocean as it had 7 hours worth of fuel left from the time it went missing. That's a search radius of over a thousand miles or 3.1 million square miles for the search teams to cover.
