I think you should go to her and tell her the truth. Just show her what Instagram is (if she doesn't know) and tell her there's nothing wrong with it, if she's still abit iffy then give her your password or something so she knows you're safe, not doing something stupid. If you sit her down and explain to her, chances are she'll understand you and might let you continue using Instagram. Good luck
