How to get rid COMPLETELY of Delta-homes from my Google chrome?

Alright so I just opened my google chrome, then OUT OF NOWHERE this "delta-homes" search engine opens up when I am 100% sure that when I open up my browser (I am referring to google chrome) it should go to the "New tab" page, instead it leads me here: http://www.delta-homes.com/?utm_source=b...1393296478 . I don't even think I have had any installations that stated this delta-homes, it just appeared out of nowhere to me. How do I remove this thing, I have tried uninstalling it by the use of my control panel, tried to delete everything that has the name on my google chrome settings yet it is still there. What else do I need to do COMPLETELY remove this?
