My Youtube videos are getting better, but I am getting less views?

You only get more views as time passes. So obviously your older video will have more likes. Also it depends on the type of video that you uploaded. Maybe your earlier video is more interesting than the newer one, even though the newer one is of a better quality. Just try to get more followers, promote your video on facebook, twitter, etc and wait patiently, surely you will get more likes and views.
