If you already have an email associated with some account on facebook.....you cannot use it....
To make the new account.....you can either register it via your phone number...or use an email that is not associated with any account on facebook.....when you choose the create account...after giving the Name and other info which also includes email...you have to open your email inbox and confirm your account by clicking on the link that facebook will send you at your email inbox.......
