You Do Know Making More than One Account is Not Allowed on Facebook Right ? If Not Please Read the Terms of Service

Anyways If you Are Signed Into A Facebook Account Sign Out Than Go to Facebook.com Fill Out the Info to the Right Put in the Email That you Want to Use Than Click Sign Up Than Go to your Email you Will Get a Confirmation Message From Facebook Click on the link Inside the Email

You Should Be All Set Once you Have Done That
