Then click on edit from who can find me.

The edit button next to

Whose messages do I want filtered into my Inbox?

Change to strict filtering

EDIT: Hm, you're correct. If I remember correctly, I believe facebook got rid of the option to do that. The only other thing I can think of is if you change the "Who can look me up?" option to friends or friends of friends.
