You need a smart TV that has the Netflix app. You need to connect the TV to the internet and have enough bandwidth to stream up to HD and it's recommended the TV is HD so you get the best video quality.

If you don't have a smart TV (and it's not a HD-TV) then it's recommended you get a HD smart TV that has the Netflix app.

Lets say you got a HD-TV (not smart, no Netflix app) then you would need to buy a external device like a Ruko or a smart Blu-ray player since they will have the Netflix app.
