Why do all my programs take forever to load and sometimes don't even load?

Did this happen after installing something or doing something to the computer, if yes, then undo that. If you processor is low, I recommend you downgrade yours windows 8 to 7 or even vista. Did you try Defragmenting your PC. If not, go to computer, right click on the drive you are currently using and click properties, tools and then under Defragment, click optimize. Also try backing up your PC, then format your drive. Just search Google how.
