Internet Connection speed is only 10.0 Mbps?

First of all, unless you are connected to some kind of super fast internet (i.e. fiber optic), 10Mps is pretty good. Now, if your internet speed normally shows a faster connection, this may be dus to traffic on the internet choking your bandwidth, especially if you have cable internet. Sometimes, you can unplug your modem for about 30 to 60 seconds, then plug it back in. This will reset the connection, and may restore your faster speeds. If you have a router, unplug that also. Plug it back in about 30 seconds after you plug the modem back in, after all the lights on the front of the modem are looking normal. That's probably your best bet. Good luck!
