Silence is Golden but only under certain circumstances . It appears that he is a very reserved type of a character.Instead of keep on guessing find out an opportunity to talk to him.Without talking to you following you to the car park does not mean anything.If you get a chance of meeting him face to face without any fear say hi and see the reaction.If he responds surely you can start a short conversation. Otherwise you can arrange few girls who are your close friends and meet him somewhere in the campus and get friendly with him if you don't have the guts to talk to him .Indefinitely waiting till he talk to you is a wastage of time.Once you start a friendship you can think about the next step.
