so you have already confronted them and they have confirmed it via Facebook so officially you could print it and show someone or keep it as evidence until it is needed, as for the confronting face to face situation im not good with confidence but i think you should take someone with you as moral support and then go and confront them because they will see what has happened and be able to back up what happened.

this probably isnt much help but i really hope it does help
