to check who deleted you just follow these steps:
1.Install Check Friends App (going to http://apps.facebook.com/checkfriendslist )
2.Create New Friends List Backup (first time you enter the application, it is created automatically and showed below)
3.Come back to the application whenever you want to create another friends list backup (MAX 5 Backups allowed)
4.Compare two friends list previously saved, in the right boxes you will see MISSING* friends and NEW friends

*a MISSING friends can be a friend that has deleted you from friends, a friend that you have deleted, or a friend that has deactivated his facebook account
