he 100% likes you! guys can be very weird when it comes to girls they really like. When i like a girl i usually stare too an look away and the friends pointing at you is a clear sign. My advice would be to take things slow an talk to him an just be very nice an try to give him clear signs that you like him because its really hard for us guys to tell if a girl likes us or not and for the fb thing he should message you unless hes scared but i doubt that.
