Erin,
I really think he likes you. I am a guy and it does sound like something a guy does when someone likes them. Also, one way to talk to him and make him feel really good is just by going up and asking for his number. Guys love surprises that girls do and if he likes you then it will make his heart beat really really fast and he'll love it. IF he doesn't like you, oh well. At least you tried. Try talking to him after school or something. Life is too short to worry about talking to someone. The worst he can say is no.
