Do you think he is interested in me?

Here are the reasons why I think he likes me:
He finds ways to subtly touch me
I catch him staring
In the middle of a party full of people, he said out loud how I am a cute girl
When I was talking to a friend about a dance performance I was going to be in, he asked when, and said he'd come.
I recently cut my hair, and he took notice and said he liked it.
Once when I was somewhat avoiding him (I do that to people I like, unfortunately) he went out of his was to say hi to me, and kinda playfully commented on how I avoided him.

Here is why I am unsure of his feelings:
Unless we are together in person, I don't really hear from him.
We are friends on Facebook but that's it. I don't have his number, her doesn't have mine.
We have really only hung out 3-4 times.

Do you think he is interested or just a nice guy? I like the guy, but I am afraid to make a move on him if he isn't somewhat interested.
