Wow. I think he likes you a lot. Guys are weird like that tho you just have to maybe engage him in convos with your friends and then maybe talk about the retreat and say hey in the hall don't just smile. And show that you really want him to talk to you but don't text him anymore. Sounds like a bad way to get a guy but if you make him wait then hell wonder why you never texted him lately and then he's in your position. Good luck!
