No, it's not normal for a guy to harass you like this. Cut off all contact with him for good. Eventually he will give up and leave you alone. Since you have no connection to him in real life, it shouldn't take long. I think that was the problem, the distance makes it easy for him to forget that you are a person and not his personal sex toy.
