Your "Avg. CPC" (Average Cost Per Click) is the amount you're paying on average for each click on your ad. This is calculated as:

total clicks on your ad / cost for that ad during the same time period = average CPC

You'll see this data even if your ad is bid on a CPM basis, but rest assured that you'll only be charged for clicks if you've bid on a CPC basis.
