Facebook privacy v harrasment?
I am currently talking to a friend on facebook and he has noticed that an 'enemy' of mine is posting some nasty stuff about me on facebook.

As I am not this persons friend (the guy posting nasty sutff about me), my friend is helping me by sending me print screens of the offensive material - and I have used this to reccomend to the person that he should stop posting the nasty stuff about me.

However, the 'enemy' is now claiming that his privacy rights have been breached because I have seen the print screens. But on the flip side, he has posted material that I am offended by, and my school has zero tolerence on cyber bullying.

what would happen here is we both went to the police, one for invasion of privacy, and the other for cyber bullying (which is an offence here).
thanks akshay =D

I have also just found this in Facebook's Privacy policy:

"You understand that information might be re-shared or copied by other users."

does that mean that my friend that helped me is definitely in the clear?
