I think you should go up to her,stand really Near her,kind of touching,say 'HI',
SMILE!
Tell her she seems really Nice,that you would like to get to know her!
Tap her on her back.
Smile a bit more,looking her in the eyes to make her see how Serious you are.

Whenever you get the chance,tell her that you really like her!

The rest is all about communication!
Talk to her!
Tell her how you feel!
