My Facebook Apps Won't Work, What Do I Do?

I had the same problem I got this from the troubleshooting section on facebook. Hope it helps:

Clearing your cache and cookies
Sometimes your Internet browser may be the cause of the problems you experience on Facebook. To fix your problem, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Please follow the instructions below.

Internet Explorer 6.0

Click "Tools," then "Internet Options."
On the General tab, in the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click the "Delete Files" button.
Select "Delete Cookies."
Click "Close."
"Quit" the browser.
