I heard this too, if it does happen, there are ways you can delete and disable people from seeing your chat messages. You just have to limit the amount of info people can see on Facebook by editing your profile settings or clicking on the year of the post and disabling all posts from that year.

Facebook has really muffed up, used to be so good back in 2007, wish it would just go back to being simple, easy to use and not so explicit!
