How do I tell him I like him?!?! (Revised...)?

So there's this guy I like. I wanna tell him how I feel, but I don't know how to do it! He doesn't really text much, and he rarely goes on Facebook. So my main option is in person. But, how, in person? Should we do a group thing and play truth or dare so I can tell him that way? Most of our mutual friends know I like him, so it wouldn't be a problem doing it in that sort of group setting. Or should I just tell him to his face? If so, how? I only really see him in school in the hallways, and during the two classes we have together. Any help appreciated

I already flirt with him all the time; he's not picking up the hint. Any flirting tips that are more obvious?
