Organize a small close friends party slash get togetjer flirt a lot but not too much..(Sexy angled eye contact then looking away, casually fix a strand of hair to the side, bite curl pout or lick ur lips...all within reason not like some crazy monster). If u don't get the courage to tll him when he bumps into u near the sink or bathroom thwn keep on flirting, being sexy, and act smitten but not desperate. Good luck! Look at my question plssss Wink
