Facebook has been touted as a more "mature" platform for social networking, and as such has prevented the heavy use of HTML code to change your profile.
If you truly want to network with friends and family members, trade messages, and keep up with what they are doing, Facebook is entirely appropriate. If your purpose is to create an online presence that is simply full of glitz and "bling", Facebook will NOT work. On a personal note, there must be a good reason why you are "not allowed to have a myspace." You may disagree with that reason, but if you respect it, and treat a Facebook page or profile with a mature attitude, you may find it is much more rewarding. Have fun, Joe Ads |
