How to get more likes for a Facebook Page?

some of the more successful free pages usually post pictures of information that readers will share and people will like you from then, then it gets more and more likes and so on. so it's not always about finding new people to like you but loving the ones that like you in the first place. the pictures of course need to be relevant to your page can't post dog loving pictures on a cat loving page for instance

if you are just starting off I see millions of pages talk on bigger pages walls. the successful ones don't poster them selfs but make witty remarks and/or sell them selfs by being nice/epic/cool. for instance as you like dogs, like other dog pages and chat on them regularly and post pictures on there walls to get you seen, but not to annoy your possible audience with stuff like "like this and a panda will lick your mums faceLOL" if you know what I mean
