Absolutely. It will hurt your friend more knowing that you knew, but didn't tell her. If you're scared of just laying out the facts, set her on the path to finding out herself. Send her a text or something and tell her something along the lines of " Hey, I found something I think you should check out." Then give her the Facebook name. Just know that by telling her, you're helping, even if it seems bad at the time, you're saving her from more heart break later.
