I believe that the main problems reside within the bullies and not necessarily the 'victims'. They must be so distraught & upset that they feel the need to attack people who haven't provoked them. Alot of us condemn those who bully others but we tend to overlook why they even bully in the first place. I think that instead of creating a 'segregation' so to speak, between both groups; the baddies & the victims, we should aim to help those who have been bullied by their fathers, their mothers, their brothers, sisters...People don't normally just start on someone for no reason. They're usually just repeating the behaviour that they saw growing up. Perhaps they are really depressed because of circumstances at home, perhaps they can't contain the anger & jealousy that the 'rich kid' has, all the affection & attention he receives from his mother for example.

I understand this as a friend of mine used to bully people in school. Turned out he did it because he was extremely depressed & couldn't deal with the domestic abuse that occured at home.
