Good ways to advertise twitter accounts?

Hello Darlings,

As some of you may know, I am going through a tough time. Which made me realize, alot of people are too. Many of those are caused by insecurities. I've gotten made fun of for being pregnant at 18, which adds on to my insecurities. So in result, I'm makin a twitter account where you can go to to see that other people have insecurities too and so I can attempt to help them with their insecurities. (like inspiring messages)
I want to get the word out on twitter, so I can get many followers. I don't want random followers though, I want followers that are really wanting to follow my group for their insecurities.

I know it's confusing, sorry about that. But what I'm really asking is, how can I advertise my twitter group on twitter to get followers?
