Contact her, tell her you'd like to meet in person, talk a bit, and give each of you the chance to get to know one another. NOT a "DATE", just hanging out and spending some time together.
You will be the perfect gentleman, and totally respect her, you're not trying to pressure her, but would like the opportunity to get to know her, and for her to get to know you.

Unless you spend time together in person, there's really no shot of anything.
You could be "facebook friends", (an oxymoron), but that's pretty meaningless.


See how she responds, if she's not interested, back off.
