In my previous experiences, I never really cared about active twitter followers. I more or less just thought ``the more the better.`` However, in the scenario you brought forth, I may have an idea. I started research the topic on how to get followers awhile back, and I got lots of different Ideas. I remember the most simple one. By simplly changing the hashtag to #teamfollowback on your bio. Another Idea that works all the time, is to simply search #teamfollowback and follow a bunch of the people that come up. You are guaranteed to get a bunch that way, and alot that might interact with you. However, if you're just interested in the followers aspect (just for reference) there's a neat website that can help you out. It's called FollowrPro. Basically, its a website that has a huge database of twitter accounts (mostly actives ones) that follow you when you submit an offer.
