Ok your not going to like this but this is one of those things which just takes time to heal, a relationship with someone has to be built up again over a period of time, but i do have one suggestion,
Show him what you wrote, i meen the paragraph, show him it, it will show him how much he means to you and you are really sorry for what you did, i dont know if you will use this but its what i would do, so good luck buddy Smile
