Should I stay in this relationship?

You don't have to break up with him right away, but I would take some time to yourself just to think about things. See what it is like without him and sort through your feelings before making a decision. He may really care about you, and he could have been hiding his past because he feared that he would lose you. Even if this is the case, he isn't trustworthy and it will take a lot of effort from you and him to keep the relationship going. Is it worth all of the effort? Were you happy in this relationship over the past year? And if you choose to stay, will you be happy in the future with him after he lied to you about this?
