It looks like you've installed something not very secure within your Internet browser.

I would advise to download and open a new Internet browser if you haven't got one open already (Firefox, Internet explorer chrome etc).

If Facebook opens up fine with the new Internet Browser, this means that you have definitely downloaded something suspicious on your previous browser. You could then unsintall that browser and re-install it.....or...
It always helps to do a system restore to your machine to the time before you had this download.
