Is there a way I view my sent friend requests on Facebook?

No you cannot trace to whom you have sent friend requests unless if you have added them to your smart friend list.
Note you can only view such friends in your smart list if and only if you have added them to list and if they had not ignored your friend request or marked you as they don't know you outside facebook, the option that comes when a friend request is ignored or declined.
