usually Every one will say just follow people and they will follow you back.
This is also right one way but do after following people one have do follow them delete them in to follow option .

Make follow people are less and make following people are more then people will thing you are a star.

keep your profile name as actor or star name.. that no need to do all other thing's.

automatically It will improve
