Should I invite this guy to go to the haunted house with me?

There's this guy I took a art class with in high school. He's lower middle class and from a ghetto background, but he's really funny. We're friends on facebook and he started talking to me. He's very religious now but still the same. I'm thinking of inviting him to go to the town's haunted attraction with me which is in the middle of downtown tomorrow evening. Should I? A friend is a friend, right? He even told me that we had good times together in our class cause we were laughing alot.
