You have to have the right mood ! You can't just be all with your friends when you do it. Maybe ask her out on a date to the movies or dinner. You can always go on a walk and bring your pets or not whatever ! But go for it kissing is really no biggie if she doesn't want to then shell back away and it might be awkward for a sec but if not your gettin lucky take the risk....
