Okay. First, I would ask her (as a friend) whether she's going out or dating someone currently. And don't play hard to get. Right now, you're giving her mixed signals, too. Also, if she's your friend, she could be flirting with you as a joke. I'd tell her how I feel if she's not in another relationship.
