Random Music playing on laptop?

OK, it may be a startup entry.

Check the side tray on the far right of your taskbar. Click on the arrow thing that shows all the other small icons in there. Check if there is anything among them that says "player" or "music" and if you see one, right click it and close.

If you are using Windows 7 or Vista, then the sound starts again, click on the volume control icon on the side tray of the taskbar and click "Mixer". It will tell you which application is producing sound. And once you identify which program that is, you may need to uninstall it or at least change a setting from that program so that it does not automatically start.

Also consider doing a full malware scan using whichever antivirus you have available.
