Keep it a secret. The only reason you want to tell is because you dont like this girl and you want her to be caught out and hurt. If this girl is doing all this like you say then she will one day be caught out but you wont be the one to do it. If you spill the beans on this RUMOUR (and remember that is all this is, there is no proof) then you will be the one that people cannot trust. Keep your mouth shut and watch it all unfold on her.
