Make sure your pop-up blocker is ON. That would be the first thing and next, go into your internet options and delete all history and cookies, then re-open your browser. If this does not help, go into your control panel and into programs and then look through to see if you have anything odd, anything you do not need or recognize. (WARNING : BE SURE TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE BEFORE DELETING ANYTHING) (Google helps, search to see what they are) and then once you get rid of what was out of place, reset your computer and voila. IT should be fine after that, if all else fails, feel free to email me and I will need you to explain the issue further.
