I don't think you should send her a facebook message. I would find it kinda strange if someone did that to me. When you're in the university, try to sit next to her, and make up some excuse to talk to her. Ask her some question. And you dont have to be shy! if she is saying hi, she probably wants to talk to you Smile dont worry. And I'm 17
